Hello I am fairly New to Game programming/Game design and was hopeing sombody could help me with a few questions I have my first question is how/were could I learn about gaming stuff such as 3d accelerators,opengl,directx etc. At the moment I am programming in qbasic.I know that C/C++ is the dominent/chosen languge but id prefer to start on somthing easyier however Im also intereseted in creating levels/mods for games were do I start? What books should I get if im interested in Game programming or Game design? Im also interested in game art however im not the greatest drawer is there any place that I could get info on drawing? I think there all my questions. thankyou in advance for your help. From Brett
