I''m still in highschool and can''t afford some modeling package. Could someone tell me a decent modeler thats free and doesn''t have a hundred restrictions on it. Thank You.

www.strata.com Has a decent half version FREE program. It''s called strata 3Dbase.

You can also buy the 3D Pro vesion for around $440 it''s academic so You probably can''t use it to make money not that they can track it any way.

It used to be blender.nl, but now it''s at blender3d.com. Blender is hard to use when you first start (the interface is very different from what you''re used it), but once you learn it you''ll like it.

Yeah, Blender''s interface is very different but, once you get past it, you''ll love Blender.

BTW, On Blender''s site, they have a learning path set of tutorials. BE SURE you go through those first, before trying anything else.
