Downloading Palm OS Roms...

Hi, I''d like to do a bit of development for palm pilots, but I''m having trouble getting the emulator to work. From the Palm web site, there are 2 options for getting them, one is to join their program, which requires me to sign documents and mail them overseas and so on, which I might have to resort to, but the other way for me to get a Rom is to download it off a device. I have an m500, and the USB hotsync thingy for it, but when I run the emulator and go to do the download, it only supports the serial port downloads. I can''t afford a serial port unit, so is there any way I can get the rom from my device to my computer? Trying is the first step towards failure.

A suggestion for a place to look would be nice too... Google hasn''t been my friend

Never mind, I found it.

In case anyone else is trying to work it out, you need to copy the usb dll from the palm desktop program (version 4.1) to the emu directory. When this is done, you can use the usb port.
