Hi everyone, I need to put together a small, complete and reasonably flash game in a short period of time. After 8 days of spare-time development I have this: screenshot download (520k) It's no big deal- it's based on the dx8.1 app-wizard supplied code, the 3d model code and other bits and pieces are available on my site, the player model is (obviously!) a place-holder, nobody can sustain any damage and there are no sound effects and you'll need to hit F3 to configure your controller. You'll see the gun heads disappearing (seamingly randomly) but this is a tester to show me when they think they are allowed to open fire, according to their range and whether there is any other object between them and the player. If you want to mess with it, take a look at "data\levels\level1.txt" You can expect the finished game with source to be available soon. Cheers!
