Fly3D Engine

i''ve got to admit, this is one of the more simplistic commercial qualitiy engines i''ve seen out there, yet it''s still a bit too complex to just dive right into... i''ve read the docs they provide, and i''ve tried digesting some of the sample plugins they''ve provided with the SDK, but im still not grasping all of the concepts of using it to create an entire game. Has anybody actually used this engine to create a full game (complexity aside)? or is there any place online i should look for some intro tutorials? the tutorials that come with the SDK are all about using 3dsmax to model levels and use the utilities to create PVS and BSP information.

Do you have 3DS Max? I understand that you need that to build the models for the fly3d engine. When I got that book, luckily there was a missing file on the supplied disk, so I took it back and got all me cash back! *What a relief!*
