I was wanting some suggestions on C++ development enviorments. I have two constraints, the computer I am rnning it on (P150) and my c++ knowage is limated. I have tried C++Builder and Mscdev. Thanks

If you''re doing just console applications and aren''t using the features that one IDE has and the other lacks, I''d suggest using whichever one gives you faster build times and eats less memory.
