No offense, but I don''t expect many people will want to trawl through all that code with no idea about what they are looking for.
What isn''t working? Is the texture aligned wrong, is it simply not appearing, is it crashing?
Also, it is a good idea to use

or [ source ] tags when posting code, it makes it a lot easier to read through.
Also, it looks like you are calling glGenTextures and glTexImage2D every frame. You only need to call them once to create the texture.
it looks like a NeHe code so maybe you should ask there?
there are many reasons texture might not show up is its size 2^n? doed your video card support 32 bit textures (if it is 32 bit one) etc

You don''t seem to set the texture filtering mode anywhere in the code. I guess it''s why it doesn''t work as it should.
Well, these two lines below should do the trick or rather the texture filtering mode for the current texture will be set to bilinear filtering.
glTexParameteri (GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_MIN_FILTER, GL_LINEAR);
glTexParameteri (GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_MAG_FILTER, GL_LINEAR);
Just call them before you draw anything and it should work. And you only need to call the once for each texture.

Hi Im HuaHsin! Nice to meet you all.
I have a common problem at the end of the code in the WinMain() function. That is return msg.wParam.
Why not return 0; ?
I think there should have the reason why not return 0. Im not simply ask. I want to know why must do this. I been send an email to NeHe twice, but never reply.
Can anyone answer my question.
