Ok the problem, in short, is you are simply putting all your rooms into set 0.
What you need to do is start by putting every room into its own set then when you take a wall down you need to MOVE ALL the rooms from the second set into the first.
I.e find out which roomset the second room is in then find all the rooms in that set and move them into the set for the first room and finally empty the second set.
I hope that makes sense.
