Autodesk University is a conference and exhibition held every year in Las Vegas where design and entertainment professionals from around the world attend classes, keynotes, product demonstrations, exhibits, and networking events.
But did you know that on the Monday prior to AU starting, there is a developer conference running? the ADN M&E conference at AU will be held for the second time in Las Vegas on November 26th and is free to attend. While I cannot go into much details about the morning session as some confidential information will be presented there, you can find the event agenda here and recommend that you register to this FREE event whether you come or not to AU. People from Dreamworks, ILM, Pixar, NVidia will present API related work on the latest technologies from Autodesk as well as many Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max developers coming.
