- If your goal is to focus on the game logic and design, I would recommend having a look at the SFML Audio Module.

- If you want to focus on the design of a sound engine and have more control over the processing of sound sources then you can use for example the XAudio2 & X3DAudio APIs, DirectSound or OpenAL.

In Topic: The "Drawings -Figures" section in a patent

I think that I found what I need, something like this:

FIG. 1 is an exploded front perspective view of one embodiment of the present
invention.

FIG. 2 is a partial rear perspective view of the head portion of the embodiment of
FIG. 1, showing the battery compartment and battery.

So how should I describe legally, two different figures that relate to the same embodiment?
It seems to me and I might be wrong that if I use "in accordance with another embodiment" for both, it states that the two figures do not relate to the same embodiment.

Try something like this:

    CreateWindowEx(WS_EX_TOPMOST,
                          "ClassName",
                          "Caption",
                          WS_VISIBLE | WS_POPUP
                          0, 0,    // the starting x and y positions should be 0
                          SCREEN_WIDTH, SCREEN_HEIGHT,
                          NULL,
                          NULL,
                          GetModuleHandle(NULL),
                          NULL);

If you need a DFA generator, you can try Wombat, It lets you 'paint' the automata using a C++ based Domain Embedded Specific Language.
