Awesome job so far everyone! Please give us your feedback on how our article efforts are going. We still need more finished articles for our May contest theme: Remake the Classics
About Me
Sound Designer currently located in Savannah, GA, USA. I am in school at the Savannah College of Art and Design for Sound Design, and have spent the last 3 years working on film and television projects. I am now expanding my skill set to include video games, which have been a long time passion of mine.
I have the ability to work remotely, and from home. I'll include a quick gear list at the bottom for anyone who's interested, as well as a link to some of my work.
I've been doing Pro Sound in some sense for the last 6 years. I started running live sound at venues in Detroit, MI, where I'm originally from, and did that for two years before beginning work as an assistant engineer at Metro 37 Studios. I stayed there, as well as running live sound, for another year before deciding the music industry was not where I wanted to be. I moved to Savannah to attend school and began working on film and TV projects that include short films, animations, and two full length TV pilots. As I continue to hone my craft in those fields, I want to get into the game side of it as well, and so here I am.
Outside of my main hobby, I'm an avid hockey fan, and a reader of comic books, and will be happy to speak at length about either one to anybody...unless you're a Penguins fan, in which case I will yell at length to you. I work pretty well with people and would love to speak to anyone about doing sound for games, even if it's just for me to ask a ton of questions, and answer questions in return. Go ahead and message me!
