I do not understand why I am asked to check reliable sources.
Dynamic templates are part of Standard C++. What is going on.  look in a textbook before off-topic posts.

Solid App for all Game Engines

Is there a windowed utility where a user agent could browse through a list of of demo or a freeware or shareware video game and  see  it in a not full-screen.  Then i like to compare game engines and 3d engines and etc...

"INT APIENTRY wWinMain( HINSTANCE _hInstance, HINSTANCE _hPrevInstance, LPWSTR _lpCmdLine, INT _iCmdShow )"Building games as an Windows app is weird.  It could be an alien script above the C language.  It has bothered me when building.  
I like the GLUT facade and it looked normal compared to intricate macros.
