Thijs Peeters currently is an Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he is a member of the Innovation, Technology Entrepreneurship & Marketing group at the School of Industrial Engineering.
His research is targeted at the intersection of innovation strategy and firm performance. Specifically, his recent work focuses on the search process for knowledge, the adaptation of knowledge, the capabilities of product development teams and the effect that these phenomena have on performance. Most of his research is conducted in the global video game industry: a highly dynamic, creative, and innovative multi-billion industry.
