Can I write GLSL shaders in Unity3D?

Can I write GLSL just how I can write Cg shaders in Unity3d? Meaning can I write my game's shaders in GLSL, and then cross-compile to different platforms? Please respond ASAP. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I'd like to know the overall opinions of people with experience on both Allegro 5 and Cocos2dx. I'm interested in the contrasting aspects of both API's. This includes maybe header details, performance, whatever you preferred or disdained within each API's. People with experience on just one individual API are also welcome. Thank you.

Issue building the Doom 3 SDK (id Tech 4)

Hi everyone, I've recently been trying to build the Doom 3 SDK code for making a game with the id Tech 4 engine (I originally tried the Doom 3 source code but realized that I didn't have all the prerequisites to compile the game properly). The issue I've been experiencing is a missing file. Specifically the "Game.dll" file normally found within Doom 3. Here's is an screencap for reference:
