We get it. We use ad blockers too. But GameDev.net needs to display ads in order to continue to be a great platform for you.
Please whitelist GameDev.net. Also consider a GDNet+ subscription to remove bulk/3rd party ads.

I guess you can use glGetTexImage to get the texture data and then create an appropriate OpenCV matrix and point it to the data retrieved from OpenGL.
