Well, when you want to use
glTexParameteri(GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_COMPARE_MODE, GL_COMPARE_TO_REF);
Your texture sampler should be
uniform sampler2DShadow ShadowMap;
uniform sampler2D ShadowMap;
