So I had the bright idea of uninstalling my Linux partition (that I never log into anymore) and merging the two partitions into one big Windows C drive.

Something went wrong and now my Windows drive seems to be destroyed.

please tell me you backed up your files before you started messing with partitions? [oh]

It's not gone, you probably just fucked up the bootloader's filesystem map. See if a Linux LiveCD will still mount and read the partition.
