As a way of learning C# I've started porting the Hydra basecode to C#. Holy shit is C# a nice language. The main thing it's missing in a GameMonkey Script implementation :(

I'm using Tao.SDL - Rob and co did a good job porting it, although I'd gripe and say that stuff like SDL_GetTicks whould really have been truncated to GetTicks as it lives in the SDL namespace :P

But yeah, it's nice. Very nice.

gah... that reminds me.. need to get GTL done in a sane manner so someone can wrap it for C# useage (and do something someone requested on here...)

Right, I'll do it this week... if not may rabid badgers eat my toes and call me Kate!

I need to sit down and "learn" C#. I swear I keep on trying, but everyime I do, something else pops up. Right now, it's Java (don't ask, school work [razz]) So yea, hopefully after all of this mess is done, I'll finally have some time to try app dev with C#.
