I belong to an online writing workshop, where the members post stories/chapters or parts of stories/chapters, and give feedback to one another.
At work, when I make a change to software, I have to send it to a code review, where various members of the team take a look at the code I have written or modified, and determine whether the change is good or bad.
Now, you marry these two concepts, and you wind up with a kind of coding workshop, and this in itself is a Really Neat Idea.
Unfortunately, like anything community based, it would require a small but significant group of people to whome the idea was important. Without this core group, something of this nature cannot succeed.
But it's still a neat idea.
