update: the map loading code is finally done. the whole "map class" needs a maaaajooorr refactor, but its pretty screwed up already that I'm too lazy to do it. I'll try to think out the component manager a little better, but that's up next.

tommorrow: math final(s). apparently I'm exempt from my discrete math final. whee! I got a 'B' in that class. I am teh happy. wish me luck on the other math test (7pm) because I think I'm fuxxored for it >:(
