OK here's my current plan, slightly changed from last post:

* Finish off skeletal animation. This has been a thorn in my side for a while, just can't get it right (I've done it before, but I can't get it working and every time I go back to it I have less drive to fix it).
* Polish, polish, polish. Several areas of my code could do with a bit of sprucing up and rounding off, specifically my GL GUI.
* Work on lighting. That includes simple shadowing, lightmapping, normal mapping, etc. I'm also really psyched about trying out a radiosity renderer, and I might skip to this because it's damn interesting.
* Work on specific features for the game I have in mind. I'm not quite ready to start posting about this game, but suffice it to say I've decided to aim my development in the direction of actually finishing a game for once. Once I get near this stage I might post my idea here for people to critique. It's not a unique and original (there isn't such a beast), but it's not Cookie Cutter FPS number 387 so it's interesting nonetheless.

Also, doughnuts rule.
