On the hypothesis that all great ideas come from the union of two or more pretty good ideas:

Pizza delivery to the denizens of a dungeon.

Isn't it about time that the pizza franchise simulator and the dungeon crawler game be combined?

"I have a large pepperoni pizza for Drokix the Destroyer!"
"Ooh, ooh, thats my pizza!"
"That'll be 250 gold pieces."
"Um... um... MAGIC MISSLE!!!"
"Hello! I have a Pizza Cloak of Protection on!"
"Damn. Here you go."

Not completely without precedent, but I do like the idea. It has loads of comedic possibilities.

Comedic possibilities? I think this sounds like a hardcore serious simulation. I think it would be better if you could somehow work in some Sea Monkeys though. Maybe as a topping?

In the category of "there is more in heaven and earth (i.e. real life) than is dreamt of in your philosophy", Everquest had a special in-game command to place a real-life pizza order.

The sad thing is, when I first heard about the command my first thought was "who has time the middle of a raid to go answer the door and pay the pizza guy?" It just didn't make sense to me.
