Wow, Raymond's already started on the advertising!
I haven't gotten much done do to the fact that my brother is home from Germany until the 17th, but I'm doing my best (I haven't seen him in about 2 years, so I'm spending as much time hanging out with him as possible.)
I did categorize the property grid and added some descriptions. Not much, but better than nothing. I've got a few hours I believe, so I'm going to attempt this MDX stuff again. Expect some screenshots soon.
(Oh, and if you missed it, check out Raymond's journal for info about the game.)
Haven't made any progress in this project either. I'm trying to decide how I want to do the map system before I start on anything else. I also have to rewrite the GUI (I forgot about needing a listbox of some sort for the inventory, so I have to rewrite the base class.)
I am very, very sore. I dug a giant hole for my mom's pond yesterday.
Also, I ordered a boxset for Trigun yesterday (off of ebay) and I got a shipping notice within 2 hours. That is just awesome! As long as its in good condition I'll be buying some more from them when I get paid.
A few weeks back I had a nasty tooth infection and went to the hospital. I thought that it was going to cost me $78 bucks and I was like 'WTF?'. So, I got the bill today and I was a little off. $1,122 to be exact. Over a grand to have them lancet my gums, suck the puss out and give me 2 antibiotics. Seriously, how do they expect people to pay for this shit? Now I understand all the doctor/ferrari/beach house jokes (and yes, this is the first time I've ever been to the hospital other than for getting my tonsils out; atleast AFAIK anyway.)
On a similar note, it probably is going to cost $2800 for the dentist we're going to. Cool thing was they didn't charge us for the concultation, only the x-ray.
So kids, brush your teeth! 10 minutes of your time per day is definitely worth saving yourself from a LOT of pain and debt.
