I've added in some basic wall collision. Right now it just "stops" the player rather then letting them "slide along" like in DooM, but at least now I can test out fancy line effects.

That's me teleporting in MAP03(and trying to take screenshots at the same time). The green plasma is spawned at both locations. However you can't see the one that should be infront of the camera because it's "behind" you. It also sinks into the ground due to the way the sprite code is set up(things are rendered from the ground up). I'l work on that tonight along with the collision code, right now it's a complete hack.
