It's simple, it's plain, but it's the first step.


It scrolls smoothly, and I've got a few functions finished that'll be the outline of a lot of other aspects in the game besides drawing the graphics. It's just a start, but it's a good start.

Tune in next time, when I go insane trying to get A* to work on a hexagonal grid.

A* is actually pretty easy to get working since the algorithm scales nice and independantly of the neighbors. I have code for this floating around somewhere if you run across trouble.
