I am finally back in the groove on my project. This morning I dove back into my instruction screen and actually did work. I figure a couple more mornings and I can have that finished up. At that point I am going to concentrate on my entry into the Intel contest.

For the contest I need to make three 30 second videos of the game that showcase the game and the threading. How exactly I showcase threading in a video is something I still need to figure out. I could always just bring up the task manager and show the number of threads in the process while also showing some code snippets of where I start the threads. I'm also going to look into the tools that Intel provided the entrants to see if there is anything in there. I really haven't looked at them yet since I already had a compiler and development environment I like. The deadline for these videos is 8/15.

After that I need to go through the levels I've created and figure out which ones I want to put in the demo. Then it's just a case of putting a demo specific exit screen with the company contact info and we're good to go. That's the theory anyway. I am planning on taking a couple days off from my real job soon since I'd like a breather once our mini-crunch is fully behind us. I hope to do any necessary catch up work then.
