Having spent time in this community, I still get surprised by people who haven't. When I say a word like "bukkake", I expect the other person to know what it is.

Not everybody does, and I hesitate to explain it to them. The word "hentai" gets similarly blank expressions. Oh, and when I wrote "1337" on the white board at work, I was actually asked "one thousand three hundred and thirty seven what?"
