Static libs

Not really much accomplished tonight.

I now understand, after some help on the forums, the very basics of building static libs with VS and have decided that all this texture management and loading sprite files has no place in the same library as the basic D3D wrapper.

I've decided to strip all that stuff out of the D3D wrapper in an effort to create a more stable .lib file that takes the heartache out of setting up D3D and managing the vertex buffers etc, then look at creating another lib that can work along side it with the image management and loading functions.

I hope this way to end up with one very small stable lib and one very small unstable lib, rather than just one very large unstable lib. I think that might be slightly better.
