Wow, so I'm going through my reading for an Ethics course, and at first I thought it was really boring. Then I got to the second page -

"The phone rang. The questioner, a male, wanted some information on state laws concerning rape."

...wtf. It turns out there was actually a point which was revealed after unskimming the section, but LOL. The reading is actually pretty good, it details some core 'ethical conflicts' -
• Truth vs. Loyalty
• Individuality vs. Community
• Justice vs. Mercy

Wow. Does that not sound like every RPG you've ever played? I should rename this course "RPG Storylines 101".

Most RPGs I've played are more along the lines of "Pointed-Haired Heroes vs. The Big Bad Demon".

Unless it's a Western RPG, in which case it's "Muscle Men and Chainmail Bikinied Women vs. The Big Bad Demon".

WTF. When did they start adding dialogue to RPGs? I thought it was traditional play to mash the Action key at all given times. :-O

I use my elbows as it gives my shoulders a nice work out. RPG dialog normally ends up pretty uninformative when applying this technique ...
