Blumenmacht History: Creating the Engine

I wanted to create a virtual 2D playground with the physics of a billiard-table, where you can move objects with the mouse. The engine let's you shoot projectiles like in a classical shoot'em up or direct them with the mouse. To test the future implementation of animations, the objects are represented with sequences of bitmaps which have numbers on them. The triangles and quads are the radar laid over the real gameplay. And there are always lots of particles of course... :-)
