Heh. Well at least the US now has an excuse not to get into another stupid war. Maybe every country should have nukes. That way no-one can be picked-upon. Maybe having a nuclear arsenal should be compulsory for every country.

Maybe nuclear proliferation throught the world will make it safer in the same way that gun proliferation throughout the US makes it safer.
