Level 2 is underway:

The ground of the level has numerous holes in it, which show through to the other side. It turns out to be a pretty nice graphical effect, which makes up for my inability to draw graphics. I also randomized the floor tiles to make it look, well, less tiled.

Now I have the enemies to work on, and just in time for the weekend! To be honest, I am really looking forward to creating these particular enemies, and seeing if it turns out to be as good a concept as I thought it was.

Just dloaded the demo and I love it! Captures the classic genre perfectly. And as stupid as it sounds I could tell how much you enjoyed creating it just by playing it. Keep up the great work.

And, that doesn't sound stupid at all, because I'm having a really great time working on this game.

Really? I always end up feeling kind of lazy. But I do try to put alot of time into Blocky Man when I get the chance.
