Well, this seems innocent enough...:

IT'S A TRAP!!!!:

As some of you know, this new enemy is a blatent rip-off of those enemies from Super Mario Bros. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then I point to the appropriate VG cats comic.

Anyways, this is a really cool enemy, and kind of a spur of the moment thing that I just decided to add today. They come down with just enough speed that you can just barely escape being squashed. However, with the Energy Drink power-up you could probably avoid it by a longshot. I was actually quite suprised at how well I recreated the Mario enemies. It doesn't really show in the screenshot, but you all will see in the next demo.

Nice, but shouldn't the Thwomps be on your side? They're just big blocks after all [smile].

I'm still a bit stuck on the improvements for the Level 1 music - just can't seem to compose anything that decent. I might wait until I've played Level 2 and written something different for that then come back to it.

Maybe they are traitors?

What about big rolling "logs"? Those are round.

Trapper Zoid, regarding the music, just go at whatever pace you feel will work. I don't intend on coding the audio portion until I've completed the levels, and even then I have alot more work to do. You have alot, and I mean alot of time, so it's no problem.
