I've added in sound playback for the monsters. When they die I hear the either the normal death sound or the gibbed sound(which is static since it's always the same) when they're gibbed. Of course, being an idiot, it took me three days before I read the FMOD documentation to find out I couldn't play streams on multiple channels. I still have to make them 3D too.
I also think I'm done fixing the texture alignment issues(famous last words here). After re-reading the Doom FAQ and resizing the wall textures to powers of 2, it sure looks a lot better. This probably sounds weird since I've only been showing screenshots of areas that looked right [wink].
