Well it took a while, but finally managed to figure out what was wrong, only to find out a nice fellow already mentioned that mistake to me :)

I will be posting a new version of the source soon again, I just want to clean up the code and try to find a way to get some form of WINCVS working, right now my project is basically scattered amongst other people and I have not been able to find a good networked program yet. Hopefully soon.
