Men will become as gods...
The Lost will feed...
Angels and Demons will emerge from the outer realms...
The Elementals will let loose their fury...
The four legions will gather...
And the war will begin.
Well, my brother still hasn't gotten any work done on the demo art, so the scenario information will have to suffice for now.
The four legions are Elementals, Ethereal(angels and demons and such), The Lost, and Man.
Each legion is separated into several sections:
Each section will have heroes and each hero will have a complete set of artifact equipment. When equipped to any regular troop, the artifacts are weak, but when the entire set is equipped to the rightful hero, it's extremely powerful.
Each section will have monsters with the same name and type, but of different levels and strengths.
Each creature will have an element type attached to it. When in a matching environment it will recieve bonuses. When in an opposing environment it will recieve a penalty.
Each creature has a regular attack. Then each creature can have magical attacks/spells which require mana.
Each player has a mana pool. You can add any type of mana to the pool once you draw it. Then, you can attach the mana to a monster. Attaching mana to a monster is permanent.
The scenario isn't really original, but I think it does a decent job. In an attempt to return his family from death, a man treaded into the Outer Realm. As he passed through the barrier it shattered and set in motion events foretold in ancient times...
"If any living mortal passes through the barrier, it will be destroyed and the wrath of Heaven, Hell, and everything in-between will be released unto us. The planet will be set ablaze and we shall all perish."
"This will come to pass in a time of great war between our largest regions. A man's life will crumble and so shall the barrier..."
Luckily for Man, they were already prepared for war, but how can they fair against monsters, angels, and demons?
Kind of a rough draft; I didn't get much sleep last night. Comments and questions are welcome!
