I think I am going to put HydroGen development on the back burner for a little while. I am dangerously close to getting a bad case of burnout, and the development has really come to a screeching halt lately anyways. I am still committed to finishing the game, but at least for a while I am going to stay away.

In the meantime, I am going to write a couple of articles (a couple means at least one[grin] and maybe more). I would also like to work on a couple of tech demos built from my engine. There are also a couple of upgrades that I could work on for my engine as well. It sounds like I have a bunch of possible side projects to work on, so I'll take a day or two to evaluate which one to go with first.

Ready to team up
I have been a lone developer for about 4-5 years now. I enjoy having the freedom to make whatever decisions I want to about the design aspects of my games, but I am ready for more. I have the desire to be a part of a team to make games, and not just be a lone developer anymore.

I am more or less an engine and graphics programmer, but not an artist, designer, or sound guy. If there are any people out there that want to work on a casual project together (by casual I mean non-commercial) - I am finally ready to make the change.

I don't know where it will lead, but lets kick some ideas around and see what we can come up with. Even other programmers are welcome - I would like to share ideas and see what type of concepts and/or designs we can come up with.

Anyone interested?
