MCTS training

Looks like I'm going to start some MCTS training on C# and .NET 2.0 soon. Could be quite useful - I've been guessing my way through .NET using intellisense for 6 months now [lol]

Would be curious as to any thoughts on the MCTS training if you've any experience of it [wink]

Regarding the book project...

The only notable change is that I'm definitely including chapter 10 - I've got most of the content written for that now.

Due to moving house taking more time than expected I'm not going to meet the 1st March deadline. Will be pulling an all-day-all-night to get it sorted by the following day.

I'm working to the "There's plenty of time to sleep when you're dead" approach these days.

Thought you might be - had a vague recollection of you mentioning it in your journal [smile]

MCTS tends to be a recognised 'qualification' doesn't it? Guess it won't be too bad to put on my CV...

Tell me about it. I just woke up after pulling a 33 hour stretch. Problem is, after that, you'd rather be dead. [smile] YOUCANDOIT!

I'm also interested in MS Certs, especially in .NET. Are there online courses for this, or books, or what. I'm not familiar with the process.

You can self-study using the MS books, it's what I did. Took me about 2 months of evening and weekend study, plus usage of the test software that comes with it.
