Everything is looking good, Stompy. However, the game seems to run a bit too fast on my computer -- is there any sort of framerate-independent timing implemented?

I find everything way too unpredictiable... often the ninjas hit me before I even have a chance to press a key. I could do with a 70-80% speed version. Made the level very tough but I guess with lots of practice you could get quite good at it all except for...

The boss. Is there any pattern to it's movements? It seems like when you hit it on the head it starts hopping but then it can hop around forever and I've found that trying to hit it mid hop is near suicide because if you're slightly out you hit the dirt. Reminded me of a familiar foe though and it is pretty good :)

Right now, the timing of the game is entirely framerate dependent. I'm going to try and implement a new timing method before the final release.

Looks like I need to tone down the ninja numbers in the level. It's hard for me to tell when the ninjas will be too overwhelming, because I know where they are before hand, but now I see that I should probably have less ninjas, and put them in positions where they can be dodged easier.

As for the boss, it does have a pattern, it's just that the amount of jumps the boss will do at one time is random. The pattern is:

1. Charge towards the player until hitting the wall.
2. Jump 1-5 times.
3. Go back to step 1.

Thanks for trying out the demo!
