I like working in the industry so far. I'm not sure that I'd want to make tools the rest of my life, but the work atmosphere is great, and it's certainly rewarding to see your accomplishments.
I've slowly been getting used to the code base at Surreal. I've taken a break from bug fixes to add a new feature to the Unreal Editor, which has really helped me get a grasp on how some of the underlying stuff works. If all goes well it should be done Monday, Tuesday at the latest. I probably can't talk too much about it, but its fun to work on, if a little frustrating at times. All in all, it beats the hell out of loading trucks at a Sears warehouse all summer.
