You may have noticed that a number of the staffers have got new titles.

It's not an organisational shift - we're still all doing exactly what we were before. It's just an effort to better communicate exactly what it is that each one of us does. When all you can see is a bunch of people with identical 'Staff' titles then it can be difficult to know exactly who you should talk to about an issue you've got - hopefully things will be a bit clearer now.
