Help in RCP is a breeze - just drop in some extra plugins, click through a wizard to generate some skeleton html and xml files and then customise them to your hearts content. It's pretty much like window's compiled help files, but with a bit of a nicer interface. And having them as html makes it dead easy to include generated javadoc as part of the help docs (which I need to document the export script process).
On a slightly different note - I need a name for the map editor. I can't just keep calling it "map editor" all the time (although internally that's what the code will say). Unfortunately I'm terrible with names, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Since it's a "freeform" editor (ie. not tile based like most 2d editors) I'd like a name that implied that, but I can't come up with anything good.
Freeform Editor =
