Video-capture-tastic

I finally got my shiny new pc, which means I've been playing lots of HL2, as well as lots of Mario Galaxy and generally getting no code done whatsoever. However it does mean that with a nice beefy graphics card and PCE-E rather than dated AGP I can actually capture video with fraps now. [grin]

">Rescue Squad test video on YouTube

Seems to be able to capture 800x600 @ 60fps without a problem, which is nice, and then ran through VirtualDub to compress it down. I think I'll have to fork out for fraps properly now. (The music was a mistake, I didn't realise it was capturing what I was listening to, and I'm too lazy to do it again).

I've got to move my other secondary HD into the new machine (which has all my code on it) and get my dev environment sorted and then maybe try and get a video of Rescue Squad 2 with the extra features shown in it. [grin]
