I was thinking of this cartoon I used to love when I was a kid, The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers (yes, I just dated myself - no I didn't put out) and my favorite character on there, Goose.

This guy seemed like he could do anything because he could adapt to his environment. If there was poisonous gas, he would morph to have a gas mask, etc. I wonder if there's a way to have a character or even an entire race of morphlings that can do this, almost like a Judo move for everything you could throw at them. Drop them in water, they grow fins. Throw lemons at them, they make lemonade. Stuff like that. They don't actually sell the lemonade, they're morphlings not entrepeneurs.
