Diamond mine was written four years ago. I wrote it for my then girlfriend. She wanted a game where you run around, pick up stuff, and get chased by monsters. So that's what I made. When it was done, I farmed it around to the usual suspects. While the response wasn't negative, it was rather underwhemling.
It doesn't have the nifty graphics of Knight's Challenge. It doesn't have the cheesy music and sounds of JetLag. But on this day, it is vindicated from its role of being the black sheep of my family of games.
