IGF Wrapped Up

I meant to post this last nite but I kinda got tired, laid down in bed to take a break and read, and ended up passing out until the light of morning. D'oh. At least it's slightly better than passing out at my desk in my chair while watching some TV last Thursday. Dude, there's absolutely no icing on the cake that is GDC when it is this early in the freaking year.

That said, I did manage to complete my interviews of all 20 IGF main competition finalists. Two teams still have some follow-up questions to return but if they don't get to me by Friday I can still post up the rest of their interview which is complete in its own right. The first five interviews went up last Wed, the second five went up yesterday, and the rest will come tomorrow and Friday, leading up to GDC.

Lots of interesting information to be pulled out of many of the responses the developers tossed back at me, so I'd suggest giving it a read. As usual once I get to GDC and the Expo begins, I'll start snapping photos of as many people from the team I can get at one time in front of their booths. And of course I'll be covering the actual awards ceremony on Wed night.
