After receiving my Propeller chip the other day, I went to look through some of the stuff I already had to see if I could use any of it. Unfortunately, almost all of it was borderline worthless. No matter, a healthy dose of cash can cure any stuff-lover's blues.

First up on the list is the Propeller Education Kit from Parallax, which contains:
- Propeller chip
- Timing crystal
- EEPROM memory
- Programmer
- Miscellaneous parts
- Wires
- USB Cable
- Breadboard system
- Nice box

Next up is a shiny new soldering station from Howard Electronics.

And finally we have a gaggle of random items that I found while browsing around Amazon. Pictured below are:
- Digital multimeter
- New spool of solder
- Hemostats (fancy tweezers)

Not pictured here (damn you USPS) are two spools of Solder Wick, which is extremely useful when desoldering components or when soldering SMT devices.

That's all for now. The next step is getting some video output hooked up, and something pretty showing on a TV. As always, leave some feedback.
