I've posted my notes from the GDC roundtable "Getting it into the game"
. It was a pretty productive session and had lots of great tips crammed into a single hour; I wouldn't be surprised if I missed a few tidbits - so if you were there and noticed something not in my writeup, drop me a PM and I'll get it added!
The topic was mainly relevant for dealing with really massive projects, so it may not directly apply to those of you who are just in this for small-time casual or hobby development. Even still, it's a fascinating peek into the way full-scale shops deal with the stresses of modern game creation.
