Wacom + YouTube, part 2

This is my second attempt at recording a Wacom sketch. The video worked out a bit better by keeping to the middle of the screen, although the final image is a tad small. I slowed the drawing down a bit too so it's easier to see what is going on.

I started this drawing with a decent idea of what pose would be, I just had no idea what I was going to do with it once drawn, so I kinda just kept fiddling and adding stuff to it until I forced myself to stop. Gah.

Looks fine. Only suggestion would be some subtitles explaining what tool you're using. At a couple of points (~25 seconds in, for one), the contrast suddenly changed and I didn't know what you did.

Other than that, no problems. You do have a license for that music, right?

Good idea. Usually it's just me working on a layer, then moving the transparency to 25%, then inking on a new layer. I usually do that 3 times (construction lines, sketch, ink). Next video I'll put some little subtitles in.

And the music? Erm, why of course...[looksaround]

These videos are so cool. I have an artist friend I have to show these to - he doesn't go online much.

Or just explain in the blog - but yea subtitles would work.

And I did not beat up Batman. Batman beat up me. Robin, however, was the bitch. Well, ok - he had his superhero moments every now and then.

lol, yeah I guess that's true [grin], although it looks like you ripped Robins heart out in that photo!
