This is the first bit of the design document for the game I'm working on. It will be a freeware... action/tactical RPG. I'm working on a demo/preliminary release, but I haven't set a date yet. Well, once upon a time there was a date. But I'm not going to tell you...
Anyway, this is the text of the opening cinematic. Make of it what you will, I don't think I'll give any more hints as to the game's actual content (but there should be enough there to discern it!)
On with the show!

Would this dimension be one of the three that we live in, or would it be one of the x dimensions that scientists have discovered? (gravity, time, who know what else...) If it were one of the three dimensions, would the player's viewpoint be confined to 2D? Or if it were on of the xth dimensions, would part of the gameplay be scientific laws (such as gravity) going berzerk? Just curious...
